Fruit, vegetables, leaves, flowers, herbs: you name it and Bryn Probert has probably made wine from it. Or liqueur. This year he focuses on how to make some truly original winter-warmers. Sloe- whisky, chilli-vodka, anyone?
Bryn is a champion wine-maker. In 2004 he swept the board at the Royal Welsh Show, winning Gold Medal Certificate, The Betty Bayliss Memorial Shield and the Welsh Whisky Award for best in show.
