The founders of the Welsh Perry and Cider Society present a unique opportunity to sample the best craft perry and cider from Monmouthshire. Expect the perry to take centre-stage as these guys are on a mission to save this uniquely British drink from extinction. Perry, traditional to Monmouthshire, is one of only nine UK products to be inducted into Slow Food’s Ark of Taste, an index both of its endangered status and its real economic viability and commercial potential.
