Discover some of the jewels of cheese-making in Wales today. Carwyn Adams is the man behind the multi award-winning Caws Cenarth. Founded by Carwyn’s parents, the company is credited with leading the revival of Welsh Farmhouse Caerfili and their Traditional Caerfili won Gold in 2006 at the British Cheese Awards, Organic Food Awards and Wales True Taste Awards. Alongside his own cheeses, Carwyn introduces some of the other leading cheeses from Wales.
