Walks & Forays

A Dairy Farm with a difference

Tickets: £10.00 (including transport by minibus)

Sponsored by Abbey Veterinary Centre

    • 1.45pm for 2.00pm to 5.00pm

This tour involves a visit to Pant Farm, Llanvetherine. We will spend the afternoon on a leisurely ½ mile stroll around the farm, led by the owner,
Gary Yeoman. See Gary’s pedigree Welsh Blacks and Lleyn sheep, and his herd of 400 dairy goats. The milk from the goats goes to Abergavenny Fine Foods to be turned into cheese. Finish with home-made refreshments.

Wear boots or stout shoes and bring wet weather clothes. 15 places available.

Meet at Abergavenny TIC at 1.45pm. Journey time: twenty minutes.
