Masterchef Giancarlo Caldesi is passionate about the food of his Tuscan homeland. He and his wife, Katie, have created a little bit of Tuscany in Marylebone, London with their eponymous, restaurant and caffe and highly successful cookery school, Cucina Caldesi. Their establishment of a parallel school in Italy was the subject of the popular BBC 2 series Return to Tuscany.
