Now we are down to the last three who compete under the expert eye of our guest judge and compere Cyrus Todiwala of Cafe Spice Namaste. He is assisted by Franco Taruschio, Iain Sampson Head Chef at The Newbridge near Usk, and Julie Barratt from the Chartered Institute of Environmental Health.

Rumanian-born Valentin Mitriciou demonstrates dishes from his homeland. He learnt his cooking all over Europe before taking charge of the award-winning restaurant at the luxurious Allt-yr-Ynys Country House Hotel on the banks of the River Monnow at Pandy.

Healthy Eating Workshops & Rugby Skills!
Skills to ‘try’, things to make & snacks to taste! Neath Rugby Club (the Welsh All Blacks) will be running training sessions for boys and girls in the school field, while in Saint Michael’s Centre; Mark Coulton of Sugar Loaf Catering will be encouraging parents and children to make/taste a range of healthy, nutritious foods from the Prime Start Healthy Eating Cook Book.*
RUGBY SESSIONS START AT 11.30am Then every 30 minutes Last session 3.00pm. Parents can register children up to 30 minutes before each session. Places are on a first come first served basis. ALL SESSIONS ARE FREE OF CHARGE - OPEN TO ALL PRIMARY SCHOOL AGE CHILDEREN
