Tom Parker Bowles’ predilection for adventurous eating sits comfortably with his passionate advocacy of local and ethical produce. For his second book The Year of Eating Dangerously he travelled the world in search of extreme eating experiences with the same dedication with which he scours the country for outstanding produce for his column in The Mail on Sunday or for UKTV’s Market Kitchen, which he co-presents. Here he demonstrates some adventurous dishes from home and abroad. Be warned; his favourite food is the chilli.
