Can Food Festivals help bring about a real change in our Food Culture, or are they, like other recent developments such as the growth in Farmer’s markets simply catering to the needs of a small, privileged part of our society?
12.30 - 1.00pm	4. WORKING GROUP EXERCISE Identifying practical ways Food Festivals can improve their local food culture
